🌴 A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE FOUNDER OF SACRED SOUNDS & WELLNESS ✨

People sometimes ask me how I manage to balance it all…

The truth? I’ve finally figured it out. 🙌🤣

Some days it’s business meetings, creating beautiful instruments, teaching, sound journeys, writing, planning retreats, connecting with incredible humans and building the dream…

Then there’s the other side — the school runs, the admin, the cleaning, the emails, the “Muuuuum!” every 4.7 seconds… 😂

And somehow, somewhere in between, I’ve found my perfect balance.

Some days. 🤣

Because let’s be honest… other days you might find me rocking backwards and forwards on the floor questioning every life decision I’ve ever made. 😂😂

But I wouldn’t change it.

Building something from the heart is messy, exhausting, magical, exciting and sometimes completely ridiculous — but it’s also one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done. ❤️

So here’s to the beautifully imperfect life behind the business.

Founder. Mum. Creator. Sound lover. Slightly chaotic human.
And apparently… a woman who has finally found balance.

…for today anyway. 🤣✨
