Monday is back!!

Direct training via a set program for myself is minimal, however I am still moving my body regularly, and holding onto some muscle which is positive.

Food has been relatively good coming up to a busy season, and have been just enjoying settling into coast life with my people 😎🥰🌊

What’s your December looking like??!! There’s still time to kick some last minute goals guys - get it done!!

Recovery!

Just as important as exercising itself.
We’re lucky to have a cold plunge at home, yet we could always just go straight in the ocean or a cold shower will do. It’s a tough thing to do, but you feel AMAZING afterwards!

A strategy like this also helps build mental focus, resilience and almost a form of meditation as you need to focus on your breathing to relax your body during a tough situation.

I definitely recommend giving this a go!

It’s our last week in the UK 🇬🇧 and we have plenty of mixed feelings!

It will be the end of something fun and moving into something very exciting, and something we’ve wanted to do for a very long time!😍☀️

Very grateful for the opportunities had here, clients I have worked with, and will be sad to leave the friends and memories made.

Stay tuned for where we are heading next week, and what our new routine will look like, new content and more fun!

It’s very refreshing when you’re literally out “smelling the flowers” take your headphones out and appreciate the world we are in. Walk where you can instead of driving. You’ll notice a difference in your perspective!!

Life lately:

Yes, we’ve been a bit slack with posting content 😱, however our lives aren’t all about socials. We’ve been having a few different weeks on and off socialising, working on ourselves, and actually being in a bit of a rut.

I haven’t wanted to actually put anything up on socials, just spend time with my close circle. ⭕️

However, for something positive, these are some of my recent eats, and what my food looks like most of the time. I try to include everything where I can - proteins, fats, carbs, fibre and some sugar because I’m not sweet enough 😛

80% of what I eat is well-balanced 🍎, however I have days where others would be SHOCKED to see what we’ve been consuming 🙊 chocolates, chips, ice cream, cookies etc. 🍦 🍫 🍟

But realistically, that’s life, and I don’t let that get the better of me. I am a fit, strong and healthy person 💪, so if I over indulge with desserts or cheeky snacks, that’s fine, I’ll bounce back quickly and get on top of it the next meal. 😎

Don’t let the thoughts of others and their opinions ruin your confidence and progress. If you feel you have a “bad” food day… fine.. accept it, and start again with the next meal. Don’t wait for the following Monday to come around, get straight back into it. 🥘

No foods are bad for you, you just have to find your balance, understand what each food contains and its effect on your body 🏃🏼‍♀️‍➡️, and you’ll feel much happier with yourself. 🥰

Feeling beyond proud that after a week and a half, this is one of my clients results! reduced inflammation, more energy and feeling more confident in herself already!

This particular client had a super low caloric Intake (between 1400-1600)! We are working together to bring this up to an appropriate number, which will still allow us to be in a deficit as her body brings her metabolism up to speed! AND by doing this, she has not seen an increase to her overall body weight.

AND she is still eating a decent amount of fats and carbs! 😍

This is a reminder that you don’t have to be on ridiculously low calories in order to lose weight!
