Mechanics – Consistency – Intensity
We use this concept in the physical training realm all the time, but it is totally relevant in a lot of other aspects of your life as well…including NUTRITION!!

The concept is:
- know and learn the basics well (mechanics)
- apply these in a consistent manner under varying conditions (consistency)
- and then you can look to layer on complexity (intensity)

….if in doubt always return to the basics.

With so much ‘dietary’ information out there today it gets confusing and our penchant for the next shiny thing leads to a distinct lack of long term consistency in any approach, and unfortunately, as with most things, the long term consistency is where the long term results come from.
