August Free Self Defence Class

Our monthly Free Self Defence Class in August focused on having a "stance without a stance", being ready to defend yourself without looking like you're ready to fight.

Coach Andy covered how to quickly respond with a powerful attack and follow up with knees and elbows to finish the fight.
