Our Story
Welcome to Calliope Equestrian Centre.
Hi, My name is Katelyn. I am the owner/operator of Calliope Equestrian Centre. I have been riding horses since the day I was born. I love teaching kids and adults about this amazing animal and am dedicated and passionate about educating people on how to safely handle and ride them while having FUN!!
I have a cert 3 in Professional Horse Husbandry & recreational riding. I am currently studying to further my profession to “Professional Horse Riding Instructor”.
I am not only a coach, but a trainer for mis-understood horses. 8yrs ago I dedicated myself to rescuing, rehabilitating, retraining and re-homing abused and neglected horses (some of those horses are what we use today).
