🏡 **Long-Term Rental Wanted – Kwinana Area**

I’m helping two young ladies in their early 20s who work for me find a long-term rental in the Kwinana area.

They have been renting the same home in Parmelia for the past two years and are exceptionally clean, quiet and respectful tenants who take great care of the property. Their current landlord is more than happy to provide a reference.

Both are working, and one has also recently started university while continuing to work for me. They are looking for somewhere **long-term, secure and comfortable** that they can treat as their home.

Their budget is around **$500–$550 per week**, and they don’t need a large house — a smaller, well-kept property would be perfect.

They would particularly suit an owner who wants the peace of mind of having **reliable, tidy tenants who will genuinely look after their property**.

Congratulations to Team Bollineau on a hard-fought win over the top team today to secure their place in the Grand Final next weekend.

I wanted to share something exciting with you. Many of you know me from the tennis courts, but over the past few months I've also been working on launching a new local business called LawnEco WA.

🌱 LawnEco WA – Modern Lawn & Garden Care

Starting this September, I'll be offering:

✅ Lawn Mowing
✅ Edging & Line Trimming
✅ Garden Tidy-Ups
✅ Weeding
✅ Regular Property Maintenance

One thing I'm really excited about is that LawnEco WA operates as a two-person team. While one of us is mowing and edging, the other can be weeding, tidying garden beds or completing general garden maintenance. It allows us to get more done during the same visit and provide a high-quality, efficient service.

We're using premium commercial battery-powered EGO equipment, providing a cleaner, quieter and more environmentally friendly way to care for your property.

Hi everyone,

Who is keen on playing **Junior Summer League Team Tennis** on **Sunday mornings**?

**Season details:**

* 🎾 **Matches:** Sunday mornings, starting at **8:30am** (warm-up from **8:15am**).
* 🏠 **Home & Away:** Matches alternate between **Kwinana** and other venues every fortnight.
* 📅 **Season:** October to March, with a long break between **December and February**.
* 🏆 **Season length:** 14 rounds.

**Costs:**

* $6 per match played (home and away)
* $40 Tennis West season levy
* $65 annual Kwinana Tennis Club junior membership

Each team usually has **1–2 reserve players**, so if you need to miss a week, that's generally not a problem. Once the teams are finalised, the **team captain will prepare a roster**, allowing everyone to know when they're scheduled to play.

**Club shirts are available through the club.**

If your child is interested, **please let me know as soon as possible** so I can start putting the teams together.
