Recommend adding some cardio to your weekly to do list. 40 min of fast past walking, 5 times a week, has been essential to dropping 4% body fat in the last month. The vascularisation in the arms is indicative of a positive physique change. My smirk is indicative of my sassy attitude 😂

This was taken 6th Oct and I was 108kg!! I was unhappy, unfit and unhealthy!! As much as I wanted to be a “Big Boy” my body totally disagreed! I was 20% body fat and my visceral fat was unacceptably high. I have made some changes to diet and training since then and I will post those changes with some up to date photos!!

I haven’t posted for a bit, been going through some stuff being there for others!! Do me this one favour! Try your best to be a positive influence on others. Mental health issues are gaining momentum and we need to slam the breaks on!! I struggle at times over different things like money, relationships and body image but these can be triggers for depression, anxiety and su***de! Reach out to others or be there for others to reach! We know the benefits of gym so ask your mates to join you for a session! Train well and live well!

4 weeks into my ten week challenge and I have already learnt so much about training, diet, nutrition, hydration, sleep and supplements! It’s been quite the experimental process. Biggest lesson is that all the above is as individual and the person and their goals. Find what works for you!

It’s a good feeling when after 6 months of not deadlifting I could pull a 245kg lift today!! Good to know strength doesn’t dissipate like fitness levels and muscle mass😝

Teaching a client on the seated row how to focus on Trap and Rhomboid development!! First few reps are limited range but the difference is in the last reps with full range!!

Sunday Shoulders! Last exercise is DB Lateral Raises with DB Shoulder Press. Feel the burn!! One of my favourite combos no need to go heavy 😝
