Johnson Eventing follows the progress of horses that are either owned, breed or competed by Cindy and Chelsea Johnson. Cindy is based in Narrabri, NSW and Chelsea is located in Raymond Terrace, NSW where she is currently training and competing for Deltry Lodge as well as having her own small string of horses competing in Eventing, Dressage and Showjumping. Knabstrupper stallion bred specifically to excel in Dressage and Eventing. Gibb's combines leading European Knabstrupper bloodlines with a pedigree packed with top performing Appaloosas and a touch of world class Hanoverian for good measure. Beautiful Yarra looking very grown up 😍 Can’t wait to see him under saddle with his owner in the coming years. He’ll definitely turn heads.
He is out of Cayuse Red River - half sibling to Poppy who will be available once weaned.

Some updates on our beautiful youngsters 🫶
Babies of the bunch Poppy and Florence are growing like weeds, both super types who have beautiful personalities. They had halters on for the first time as well as quick trims. We have a keep it super simple method around here so our youngsters have minimal handling - just enough to make sure that we can handle them if something goes wrong.
2 year olds Darcy and Marlow are both currently bum high and are in that awkward stage but they are developing well.
3 year olds Elly and Coco have started to do some big kid things - slowly being started under saddle. Coco got majority of the attention this weekend with first proper rides. She was awesome, she’s going to be a super sensible and bold mare. I think she’s got a bright future ahead of her whatever that ends up being. 🫶

Gibbsy babies Hunter, Bindi and Christopher out and about! 🫶

If you are looking for a stallion who produces sensible offspring suitable for amateur and young riders Gibbs is worth considering. He improves conformation and temperament - consistently creating horses who are suitable for the whole family!

Little Wilbur going super after being lightly started under saddle. He will have a few more weeks of light work before having a spell. Will be a super allrounder in a nice compact package. By Cayuse Quoll out of Ascot Black Eagle. He is available to a loving home.

Our first foal of the season - the very sweet and beautiful Poppy. She has the most lovely personality, just loves people and is very easy to work with already. By Cayuse Xxtra Grand out of Cayuse Red River this is a terrific cross and whilst she didn’t get the loud colour that River so frequently gives us, Poppy does have some small spots on her rump so it is likely that she will colour out.

Cayuse Xxtra Grand will be based at Agnes banks Equine from Wednesday 26th November to the 1st of December available for Fresh and Chilled (available to be shipped Aus wide).

In addition to this, Gibbs is available for the rest of the season both live cover in Helensburgh & chilled shipped Aus wide.

Gibbs is a super sire choice if you are wanting both an incredible, level headed temperament with good conformation but also an athletic foal that will excel in a range of disciplines.

A beautiful day at the beach with Gibbs and two of his progeny Bindi (4) and Christopher (3) plus a few other friends! ❤️

So proud and impressed with these youngsters who are growing up to be bold and sensible horses for their owners.

The first foal for 2025 is expected in November - a full sibling to 2023 filly Marlow. This is a super cross and we can’t wait to see what they produce this year!

Any guesses for the colour/markings?
All of Rivers c**t foals previously have been leopards and filly’s have been blankets!
