Let’s talk bent-over rows 💪

This one is all about building a strong, supported back and learning how to move with control, not just momentum

Think neutral spine, soft knees, hinge through the hips and pull with intention. Your upper body should stay stable while your upper back does the work. If you’re feeling it in your lower back, we need to clean that up

Good technique > heavy weight every time

We created BPC Bingo as a fun way to explore everything happening inside the studios. Your mission is simple. Fill out the squares by training at BPC and trying a mix of classes across the month.

Reformer pilates, Yoga and Mat pilates + Group fitness strength & conditioning classes.

glute-focused back extension… but make it actually hit your glutes 👀🍑🔥

this is one of those exercises people think they’re doing right… but end up feeling it all in their lower back🥲

try this instead:
• think of it as a RDL but on a machine (hinge movement)
• keep knees soft throughout. Don’t lock out.
• think “drive hips into the pad” not “lift your chest”
• remember to keep ribs down, core engaged.
• slow + controlled on the way down. Stretchhhhh.
• keep lats and upperbody active always.

if you feel it in your glutes > you’re doing it right 🤝
