Island Diver is a unique day trip going to The Great Barrier Reef in Cairns, Australia. We wanted to create something a bit different, something celebrating the Tropical nature of Cairns and the incredible diversity of life under the warm waves. For most visitors to the Reef it is their first time and we want to give you the most comfortable, relaxing experience in what is a steep learning experie
nce on an introductory dive or snorkelling. We won't rush you,we'll just help you have a mind-blowing experience you'll remember forever. Here are some useful points to know about our trip:
- Island Diver visits Sudbury Cay, a sand island, that is easy to land on and perfect for 1st time snorkelers. Also there will be protection from the wind whatever the direction and strength.
- Sudbury Reef is our second spot and has incredible coral and sea life to see and experience.
- Has small groups of around 30
- Leaves at 9.30 so customers can have a night out before the trip AND get some sleep!
- Does a sunset cruise back to Cairns.
- Plays reggae music to create the tropical vibe
- Has a small bar for sunset beers
- Healthy food
