Exercise is the key to vitality. As an ACSM certified trainer for over three years, fitness manager, and rehab exercise specialist, my goal is to help you reach your goal toward a long

er and higher quality life. Sometimes it just takes a push in the right direction to get on the pavement to living a better and more successful life. About your Instructor:
Greetings and welcome to my page! My name is Bria and I come from a land far away--the U.S. In 2013 I graduated with my Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology (Exercise Science) and minor in Nutrition from the University of Central Arkansas. One month later I began working for a fitness center at Pleasant Valley country club in Little Rock, AR where I worked with all age ranges from teenagers to older than the hills. I spent two years here training mostly age 40-80 year olds in functional/weight loss/strengthing/stretching/balancing style sessions. I taught yoga and pilates in the mornings and worked part time managing the North little Rock Athletic Club. In 2014 I traded in my management job for part time job working as an exercise specialist at PTI Physical Therapy clinic in Little Rock. Here I spent my time working with patients from military background who experienced a wide array of physical disabilities. So what brought me HERE?! Well, next to my passion for health and wellness I also have a passion for travel, nature, and culture. I wanted to experience life in another country so I took the opportunity to do the working holiday for a year. In that year I've spent countless hours hiking, exploring, and soaking in the beauiful country of NZ. Toward the end of my trip, I met a kiwi that I just couldn't bring myself to leave. He works in Leigh so that's how I ended up in Warkworth and now want to bring my knowledge and skills to this little town to help others reach their goals in the privacy of my own studio. Prices:

Taking a walk after dining out is a wonderful way to help burn off those extra calories and aid digestion. If you’re craving ice cream, consider sharing it with a friend or enjoying a smaller portion. Opting for lighter dinner choices or ordering less can also help you save on calories. It’s all about making mindful decisions and finding balance!

Here's a little guide to know how much you should be eating! I love using the hand/palm/finger diagrams so you can quickly measure what's the right amount for your body. Try using small plates and bowls as well. You can always have more if needed but pay attention to hunger signals and try to slow down so your body can recognize it's full.
