Specialised freestyle and backstroke program

This program is designed for swimmers aged 8–11 years who want to learn and develop their freestyle and backstroke!
(must meet some requirements)

✔ Freestyle technique breakdown
✔ Backstroke technique breakdown
✔ Step-by-step skill development
✔ Improved efficiency and body position
✔ Increased fitness and confidence in the water

Starts: 22nd September 2026

Duration: 4 holiday sessions – 45mins each session.

Spaces: Only 8 spaces available

Cost:
$100 package – 4 sessions ($25/session)

FNQ Short Course Championships! 🏊‍♂️

What an amazing weekend! Congratulations to all of our swimmers on achieving personal bests in EVERY SINGLE one of your races! I couldn’t be prouder of you all.👏

Everyone swam exceptionally well, both in their individual events and in the team relays with Saints Swimming 🥳

A special shout-out to Zach, who finished 3rd Age Champion and came home with 1 gold, 1 silver, and 2 bronze medals. What an incredible achievement!

Another special mention to Tara Olds who will be competing at the upcoming QLD State Short Course Championships in Brisbane next week. Good luck !!! 🥳

TWO YEARS OF FNS SWIM 🩵🐊

How has it already been two years?!

Looking back through these photos, it’s hard to believe how much has happened in such a short time. What started as a simple idea has grown into something I could have only dreamed of !

From the first logo sketch, first lesson and first squad, to our first race days, team shirts, Christmas party and watching so many swimmers compete at their very first swim meets… every milestone has been so special.

I’m incredibly grateful to every swimmer, parent, coach, sponsor and supporter who has been part of this journey. Thank you for believing in FNS Swim and helping build the amazing community we have today.

The memories we’ve made over the past two years are something I’ll never forget, and I can’t wait to see what the next chapter brings.

Here’s to many more years of swimming, friendships, confidence and making memories together. 💙🩵🐊
