Squash Family Hike - for those families that are hiking to turtle rock with us THIS SATURDAY : (everyone welcome✨)
🥾 3.15pm meet at Dan Murphy car park Smithfield, travel together. Depart 3.30.
🥾 or 4.30pm at the Davies Creek camping area, Nodes 3 and 4
(There is about a 10 km dirt road)
🥾 7km round circuit hike. Moderate difficulty.
💦 take water bottle
🥕 something to eat at the top. (Eg Some are taking small thermos of spaghetti or sandwich)
🔦 headlamp
🥶 jumper for the top.
🚗 if you need transport, let us know.

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Damien Cavanagh, Damien has been a permanent fixture of our nightly competition and very competitive. His superior fitness and unique style often got the better of most. Damien was also a runner having completed a 100km Ultra and also a cricketer. He simply loved to be involved and we met up recently at Cairns Marathon and The Great Pyramid Race, he certainly was not shy at having a go 🙏

Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this incredibly difficult time

Details of Damien’s service will be shared with our members once they have been released

RIP Damo, will be thinking of you on the mountain this year ❤️

💥 Girls in squash! 17 girls joined us today for another girls squash camp full of fun. Starting off with doing Marc’s make-up, team dance, squash drills, doubles, games and ending with a hike and swim in beautiful FNQ.
Thanks sportsworld for donating the courts for our girls today 🙏
