As of 10/02/2024 Fierce Fitness NQ will be closing their doors. It has been a roller coaster of a journey over the last 2.5 years in business & I would personally like to thank every single person who has shown support to my small business over that time.

Please know that this decision wasn’t an easy one to make but I am okay and I am excited for my future. ☺️

All FFNQ business accounts will be logged out of on 10/02/2024.

We have never had as much technology and noise in a generation as we do now.

While technology progressions are great and serve a purpose. How much do you rely on technology stimulation to get you through your days. I'm talking about background stimulation. Podcasts, audiobooks, music or mindlessly scrolling.

When was the last time you truly unplugged and took a walk in nature without these distractions and truly listened to mother nature? Waterfalls, birds, insects, wind or leaves rustling.

I want you to sit or walk in silence and focus on what you can hear. How many different sounds are going on around you that you normally block out?

I am here to remind you that Christmas time is meant to be enjoyed with our loved ones. We come together with family and friends to create memories that last a lifetime. There is usually an abundance of delicious food and drink over the holiday season, and I want you to remember that it is OK to indulge a little, but you should never feel guilty for the higher food consumption & you definitely DO NOT need to punish yourself or to "work off/burn" the additional calories consumed.

Just pick up where you left off when you get back into routine next week and I can guarantee that the little extra food and the additional rest days will benefit your training more than you think!

Be kind to yourself & enjoy the holiday season!
