🏋️ Put kettlebells back ON the rack. If the KB does not fit, please place under the rack ensuring the floor area beside the lifting rig is kept clear

🏋️ If you use chalk do not leave it all over the floor. There are spray bottles & wipes in the room … use them to clean the floor before you leave

FOR THE LADIES … REAL TALK 🗣️Being a gym owner doesn’t make you immune to perimenopause & menopause, self-doubt or the hard days.

Lately perimenopause has started to hit me — Stiff hips, zero motivation, feeling sluggish, flat and honestly not feeling like myself some days. Some days I feel flat despite doing all the “right” things.

But one thing I’ve learnt — movement matters. Not for aesthetics but simply for me. Exercise has become less about “looking fit” and more about feeling strong, mobile, energised and mentally okay. The days I least feel like training are usually the days I need it most.

Training through this season looks different — slower sometimes, gentler sometimes — but I keep showing up because movement still helps me feel more like me.

A reminder that even the people who coach, motivate and inspire others are human too. We all have seasons where confidence dips and getting started feels hard.

Perimenopause & Menopause can change a lot … but it doesn’t have to take away who we are. So, if you’re struggling as well, you’re not alone. Keep moving, keep showing up and give yourself a little grace along the way ❤️

‼️IMPORTANT INFORMATION ‼️ Renovations will begin in the male bathroom this week to repair the damaged ceiling.
The bathroom will be CLOSED between 7am-7pm Thus 14/5/26 - Thurs 21/5/26.
I understand this will be an inconvenience for some, however, the builder has requested the bathroom be closed during working time for safety.
I appreciate your understanding & co-operation during the renovation process
