Fallon first walked into our doors as a new Mum, with baby Olive, to start their first swimming lesson together.
Her potential as a teacher was evident, and was asked to become a qualified Teacher of Swimming.
Fallon built her career from a love of teaching, becoming a much requested teacher by many families.
In 2022, Fallon took on the role as General Manager, and has blossomed into the leader that she is today.
She has built a team culture for her workplace, and a family atmosphere for the parents and kids that attend our school.
Fallon, you have turned Swim Skills into a true home. Your love for the kids and their safety shines through everything you do.
You care for our team. You pour your whole heart, patience, and wisdom into shaping our teachers.
Thank you for your loyalty, your beautiful leadership, and for making our school a family.
