They say success in coaching isn't always about winning games, trophies or learning how to kick a ball. It's much more than that. It's the personal relationships you develop, the time you invest and the positive impact you have on people's lives. That's real success to me.
To all of the girls I have had the pleasure of working with over the past 15 months on the Gold Coast, you have impacted my life and coaching journey like you could never have imagined. I have been blessed to have crossed paths with all of you.
The best part about being close with all of you is that this isn't a goodbye, more so an end of a chapter. I know we will all stay in touch one way or another.
A big thank you to all of the parents that entrusted me with your girls, your support has all been amazing, you have raised such wonderful young people who will be successful in whatever they decide to do.
