I might be new to opotiki, just got my qualifications, cert 3 and 4. In fitness.

I’m here to make a difference, get stuck in the outdoors training, as the scenery is beautiful in opotiki New Zealand.

group sessions, 1 on 1 Pt sessions, at the moment I’m promoting myself to find some clients.

That are around the opotiki area, whakatane area.

Also want to organise morning or afternoon runs. As a group.

Get started and get the body moving. Being awhile for most people.

and use what’s around at the time, as well I be buying some equipment. To do some circuits, and some resistance training. Balance and coordination.

To get the ball rolling, help the people in the community to get health and fit.

other days it’s a breeze, what I’m trying to say is that we all have good days and bad days.

We all go through that everyday of our life’s. Most important is to always do the best you can, whenever you can.

Mostly focus on the important things, like family, friends, kids, self development, lifestyle, employment etc.
