Hello everyone, just letting you all know - I will be starting up my training business again very soon. I have been extremely busy with family issues, moving, new part-time work and preparations for Uni and my husbands 50th. Quite a lot to work on in 2021! I start Uni full-time next Monday, and hope to establish my new routine to enable me some time to get back to doing what I love. If you are interested in looking into *Zoom sessions - including strength training, yogalates, Fitball, pilates, HIIT. *Bootcamp sessions out in the wilderness, Face to Face one on one Personal Training to suit your fitness needs or Face to Face Yogalates/Fitball/Pilates sessions.....get in touch asap! I won't be able to take on too many clients due to limited hours in the day, but will try my very best to accommodate. Looking forward to getting back into my Training mode again. No matter how unwell you are or how horrid you feel, you can always do something to get your body moving. My Dad is really not great atm, oedema makes him tired and makes it hard to breathe. I bought this for him to help shift that fluid and get some gentle exercise into his day. The counter is genius - he is doing as many revolutions as he can, has a little break and hooks in again. Thinking he's a tad bit competitive! Aiming for 1020 revs. Got 1050 revs woohoo!

Rogue Training - (Rozzie) will be available Mondays - Wednesday's for assessments, re-assessments and Personal Training @ SIX Degrees Gym and Bouldering. Bookings are essential for all services, as well as payment in advance.
We relocated to Cairns over Xmas break and will continue to provide services up the hill for as long as possible. Re-assessments $40, PT sessions from $50. Get in touch soon to secure your booking.

Last Yogalates class for 2020 tonight at 6.30pm @ SIX Gym. It's gonna be a good one! Bring your big smiles, your mat, dress xmassy if you'd like and be prepared to work your b***y, Abs, thighs ......actually EVERYTHING!
