MOUTHFILL CHARGE POINTERS 🌕

Jack Webb heading through some common do’s and don’ts that he sees divers of all levels make.

Every little part of a mouthfill charge is important to maximise its potential, keep us relatively relaxed on descent, and avoid injury.

As divers get deeper, they often forget or overlook some of the basic components of the charge, costing them metres at depth.

This retreat is built around one thing - real progress.
Small numbers (4–8 people), one-on-one coaching, daily open water sessions at Lake Eacham and Barrine, and an environment we use to prepare ourselves and other athletes for depth records and international competitions.

Whether you’ve never freedived before or you’re chasing that next level — every session is designed for YOU.

• 4 nights luxury accommodation
• Daily guided dives at Australia’s best freediving lakes
• All equipment provided (if need be)
• Underwater video analysis (up to 60m)
• Workshops on training, equalisation & mental prep
