Everyones experience with pregnancy is different… But what is the same for each and every one of us mummas to be, is that YES Our bodies are changing… but they are changing to grow a human!

We may not feel like ourselves and grieve parts of us we think we miss BUT we are just another version of ourselves….again growing life inside us & isn’t that incredible. YOU are strong and resilient and can achieve anything even if some days you don’t feel like it right now.

Look after yourself, take this time to step back from the noise give yourself the rest you need and deserve.

CAFFIENE & PREGNANCY 🤷‍♀️

I am a coffee/caffeine lover and I’m sure all you Mummas and mummas to be are too!

SO…. I thought it would be beneficial to share some caffeine content with you all and approximately how much caffeine is actually in coffees, teas, sodas & YES chocolate!!!

During pregnancy the recommended amount of daily caffiene is 200mg, which if you read the contents in some of these beverages/food is typically not much.

But there is no need to remove caffiene completely during pregnancy, just be more aware of your consumption!

Results of a Busy Mumma, hair dresser and just the hardest worker in the room who trains at the crack of dawn & gets s**t done 🌅


Grace & I have been working together since end of Feb/March and she has dropped almost 9kg 🤯

I got Grace tracking and understanding food qualities and quantities and we have been in a deficit for over 12 weeks with a few refeeds in between.

My goal for grace is to now bring her calories back to a more sustainable place and stay at maintenance for a good period of time, while using the extra calories/energy to hit numbers and strength goals in the gym 💪

Proud is an understatement, consistency and hard work really does pay off and I can’t wait see what else we can achieve 🤍
