Congratulations Mikki on your first year of lifting 🏋️‍♀️👏 from picking up a barbell for the first time, to accumulating a gym based total for squat/bench/dead of 270kg, whilst dropping 12kg bodyweight during this process; an outstanding result ✨

In Cairns — Big big thank you to 🙏

For the past 22 weeks Elsa’s team has supported me with custom meal preparation. I can’t express my gratitude; with today being another example of such an amazing service.

I had a 35 meal order in preparation, but.. with less than 1 month to Pro Qualifier, and a long chat with mentor and Mr Universe ‘18 Paul Perkins over condition and my current approach I sat down with Elsa while she immediately put my order on hold. We walked through my daily eating, mental hurdles, and began reconfiguring a full kcal / carb cycling plan, accounting timing/micro/micronutrient considerations.

Within an hour this was complete and I was leaving the kitchen having eaten my meal due and the first 2 days worth of fresh meals in my hand.

Thank you to Paul for providing some honest feedback and support, and thank you so much Elsa, you give so much back to not just myself but the entire local community, I will try my best to make proud 🤍 💪

In our our 11 weeks together you were able to not only transform your physique, but your entire approach to training, nutrition with your results being exceptional 👏

Only an athlete as dedicated and disciplined as you, with such a positive outlook could have achieved this. A much deserved and very special first step.. We are excited to see what is to come!!
