Training Curriculum (Foundational Phase)

1. Stretching & Body Preparation
• Joint mobility
• Spine alignment
• Hip opening and ankle stability

2. Leg Training
• Neutral stance development
• Weight distribution and grounding
• Stability and endurance drills

3. Siu Lim Tao (First Form)
• Full breakdown and correction
• Emphasis on structure, centreline, and relaxation

4. Siu Lim Tao – Final Section
• Last 8 parts of the 1st form
• Repeated 100 times each for accuracy, endurance, and muscle memory

5. Pak–Chen Sao Drills
• 500 repetitions
• Left arm first
• Then right arm
• Focus on timing, angle, and recovery

6. Punching & Footwork
• 1,000 punches combined with pivot step footwork
• Shadowboxing form using all above techniques
• Coordination of hands, stance, and turning

7. Pak–Chen Sao Applications
• Against straight punches
• Against round punches
• Distance, interception, and control

8. Wooden Dummy Training
• Pak–Chen Sao practice on the Wooden Dummy
• Correct angle, structure, and energy transfer
