My mom was never on the heavy side, she had a terrible fall which lead do that weight!

12 years ago she had a fall running down stairs leading to sacral fracture and corrective surgery over L2 till S2 with posterior augmentation plate and screw.

She unable to move for months and depanded on wheel chair and also 4 walker,

But today my Mom aged gracefully with full of abdominal strength N muscle mass which preety amazing!

I know my mom will be an amazing person to be inspired and she is as always.

We are opening another studio after MCO

Today with all volunteers trainers of Dr. Y DR. S FITNESS, we managed to run so many fitness studio/zoom In 3 countries

Malaysia, Singapore and Australia

When I was losing weight all by myself, it was the most toughest time, mostly very depressing, and nearly gave up!

Thank god, I didn't, today fitness community created was the hard work I put in the past!

Glad I did!

During mco, we are available zoom training only for. 60 days challenger Programme and Strong programme

Never give up on fitness no matter what circumstances, and all. Workout can be done at home.
