Hannah and Vinny have over 30 years of experience with different training styles and regimes, so every exercise you do is monitored and corrected to make the Personal Training/Group Classes a safe environment to train in. The word Concise means “Straight to the Point”, the trainers don’t sugar coat anything, they tell you what it is you’re doing, how to do it and make sure you’re giving 110% every time you come into the gym. Hannah and Vinny are both dedicated Personal Trainers that love everything about the fitness industry. Our speciality is Group Fitness, our time as personal trainers have taught us that the majority of people will push twice as hard in a group environment than they would on their own. One thing about our sessions is that it starts from when you walk into that door and it doesn’t finish until you’re back out that door. Not only do you get the most out of your session, but at Concise they pride themselves on building key areas that work in everyday life such as discipline, motivation, encouragement, team work, self-belief and confidence. It’s a flexible program that continues to evolve and that's what keeps our clients coming back or more!
