Motivation.
Iβve been training in one way or another for more than half my life, 17 years, I have always had a motivation to keep me doing the hard work, especially when I didnβt want to.
Motivations like
β‘οΈ Bullying
β‘οΈ To look better and be stronger
β‘οΈ To run a marathon
β‘οΈ To protect and serve my country
β‘οΈ To learn new skills
Those are some of the motivations I have had, and underneath the surface of all of them was a deeper meaning that gave power to that motivation.
I have just overcome a point in my life where I was not motivated to train, it was a period where I felt lost and did not have a deeper meaning to fuel my motivation. πͺ
That time has passed, and I received a great learning experience and growth that I did not expect.
I have found one of the deepest sources of meaning in my life to power my motivation, resistance.
The daily battle within myself to either stay the same and stagnate or to grow and change for the better.
What motivates you, the deeper meaning, to get up every day and put in the hard work?
