What is a coach ?

Recently I realised that a coach is somebody who has such an extreme passion for something they want learn every single aspect and historical story on a subject that they remember every detail…no matter how impossible that task. Always yearning for more and constantly learning !!

Sometimes this means being part of a “chain” of coaches !! Defined by the experience of the participants and the evolutionary nature of our good selves.

Always remember to tip your hat 🎩 to those that you learnt from …and not be too selfish to pass that and more on as we all move through life.
