200 Hour Teacher Training
We are now offering our world-class 200 hour yoga teacher training completely online. Study asana, pra

nayama, meditation, mantra, philosophy and anatomy with Bess Prescott, Tahl Rinsky, Rose Baudin and Dena Kingsberg. 200hr YTT in person will return again once we are able to safely host them again.

300 Hour Teacher Training Part Time
Our 300 hour teacher training is made up of our 50 hour modules here. We are currently only delivering modules online.

A 5-day Ta***ic Yoga immersion with Tahl Rinsky in Ubud, Bali.

For practitioners who are ready to move beyond collecting teachings and into living them.

For teachers who want to bring philosophy off the mat and into the way they practise, teach and meet life.

Five days of practice, study, movement, mantra, contemplation, shared enquiry and deep immersion into Spanda — the subtle pulse of aliveness moving through all things.

We will gather at The IN Movement in Ubud, Bali, a landscape that is lush, devotional and alive.
