Woohoo 🙌 Alex and myself trained Chris Hemsworth for an epic rope climb over the blue mountains in beautiful Katoomba 🏔 💙 Alex also made the 30 metre covered rope! Excited to see the final cut of out on Nov 16 🙌 🧗‍♀️ 👀 the series is about longevity

FINALLY!!! Contrary to popular belief (and image) I am pretty risk adverse 🧐 If I’m holding on and in control (physically and metaphorically) I know my perameters. Anyone relate?😆 This is why it has taken me so long to FLY ..and in true full circle fashion ⭕️ the person holding my lunge belt before I jumped off the platform today was one of our full-time students from our school in london - who first learnt how to fly with us 😆 and who’s belt was held by none other than my husband 11 years ago 🥰 It is now her whole life 🙌 Yes we had a full grand volant fly rig and a petit volant at the hangar for 15 years. And here I am in Australia 🇦🇺 flying for the first time 😃 Funny old life isn’t it? Thankyou Belinda from for the 📷 🙏
