Building this Roll-in Pin has been an act of self love.
A 29th birthday present for myself, shaped back on Valentine’s Day.
This past year or so I’ve had a lot of major changes in my life. I experienced some big lows, got really burnt out, lost myself, my passions and the love for building surfboards.
But, I finally feel like I’m coming back to myself again. I’m excited for my future here in Australia, I’m excited to build more cool boards and I’m excited for more of life’s curveballs.
I love my new Roll-in Pin.
I love how much time and effort I put into it.
I love the purple tint and the white resin panel flames.
I love the glass on fins with the Kaktus decal.
I love the purple fibreglass leash loop on the tail.
Every time I look at it, I remember what it felt like building it.
I did every stage with love and intention.
6 slow hours spent polishing to the best of my ability.
I can feel all of the love and effort I put into this board whenever I pick it up.
I can’t wait for ALL of the fun on my purple and white bubble of love.
