Started the morning with gloves on. Ended it with good coffee and even better company.

This week we went to WORK.
Coaches were stepping up the technique and everyone who came in for a class was absolutely bringing their A game 💥🥊👏🏼

The energy was huge in the gym this week and now with a bit of long weekend rest we are ready to roll out some improvements and additions to the timetable. Stay tuned.

A great day at Byron Boxing today for our Spar the Coaches session.

Members, coaches, and plenty of new faces filled the gym and brought great energy to the room.

For quite a few people it was their first time stepping into the ring, which was great to see.

A few nerves, plenty of encouragement, and a lot of smiles by the end of it.

Days like this remind us what the place is really about — people learning, supporting each other, and enjoying the sport together.

Safe to say the rounds with the coaches were a hit. We’ll run another one soon.

Luke clocked up his 50th session this week.

He’s been here since day one and keeps showing up — sometimes twice in the same day.

Quick with an idea, always helping someone out, Luke makes everyone feel welcome and is responsible for bringing a few new faces through the door along the way.

Luke, you’ve come a long way since those early rounds. The technique’s sharper, the engine’s bigger…if not the wardrobe (I promise the videos were all taken on different days!)

Good work Luke — and thanks for bringing the vibes to the room, you legend! 🥊
