✨ I’m honoured to share an evolution in my professional work ✨

I am now working as a RESET Somatix™ Practitioner alongside my Wellness Coaching practice.

RESET Somatix™ is a structured somatic approach that supports nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and the release of long-held patterns stored in the body. I support people to move beyond chronic stress patterns and into greater clarity, regulation, and emotional steadiness.

This approach integrates principles from somatic psychology, nervous system science, and integrative therapeutic practices within a safe, guided framework that works directly with the body’s innate intelligence.

Rather than focusing on fixing or forcing change, RESET Somatix™ supports the system to reorganise itself through awareness, presence, and embodied processing.

The work unfolds through three progressive stages:

GROUND — stabilise and regulate
TRANSFORM — process stored emotional patterns
EXPAND — integrate and embody deeper coherence

Alongside this, I continue to offer wellness coaching, breathwork, meditation, and retreat experiences designed to bring people back into connection with themselves, their bodies, and the natural world.

At its heart, this work is about helping the nervous system remember its original design — safety, fluidity, and presence.
