Not seeing results even though you’re “doing everything right”?
Chances are, it’s not your effort, it’s your ex*****on.
Most people don’t fail because they’re lazy. They fail because they’re inconsistent, under-fuelling, or training without a clear plan.

👉 Protein matters more than you think.
It supports muscle growth, recovery, and helps control hunger. If your protein is low, your progress will be too — no matter how hard you train.

👉 Consistency beats intensity.
Training hard for a week, then disappearing for two, won’t move the needle. Results come from showing up regularly, even when motivation drops.
