A simple way to improve your health ❤️
Think about your mornings as a fresh start.
Hydration • When you wake up the first thing you should be doing is getting hydrated! Replenishing electrolytes and getting your brain functioning. This will ensure mental clarity, less chance of head aches and a more productive day. Water alone Is not the most efficient way to hydrate. I like to drink Coconut water to ensure electrolytes and glucose. Carbohydrates facilitates the absorption of water and sodium
Animal based fats • improves insulin resistance, helps absorb crucial vitamins and minerals. Fats increase the absorption of vitamin d (perfect to pair with morning sunlight) from the sun and all fat soluble vitamins. I personally like to have some whole eggs cooked in tallow or grass fed butter.
High protein breakfast• provide muscles/brain/CNS with the amino acids they require to function/recover. Increased satiety throughout the day and better glucose regulation.
Morning sunlight • this is highly under rated and should be practised by everyone. Viewing sunlight in the morning has particular effects. Lowered cortisol throughout the day (better sense of well-being), regulation of your bodies circadian rhythm (better sleep), increased energy/alertness and vitamin d intake. Aim for 20 minutes in the morning or during the day.
Regardless if you gym consistently or not at all. These tips will i prove your life. Consistency is 🔑
