A simple way to improve your health ❤️

Think about your mornings as a fresh start.

Hydration • When you wake up the first thing you should be doing is getting hydrated! Replenishing electrolytes and getting your brain functioning. This will ensure mental clarity, less chance of head aches and a more productive day. Water alone Is not the most efficient way to hydrate. I like to drink Coconut water to ensure electrolytes and glucose. Carbohydrates facilitates the absorption of water and sodium

Animal based fats • improves insulin resistance, helps absorb crucial vitamins and minerals. Fats increase the absorption of vitamin d (perfect to pair with morning sunlight) from the sun and all fat soluble vitamins. I personally like to have some whole eggs cooked in tallow or grass fed butter.

High protein breakfast• provide muscles/brain/CNS with the amino acids they require to function/recover. Increased satiety throughout the day and better glucose regulation.

Morning sunlight • this is highly under rated and should be practised by everyone. Viewing sunlight in the morning has particular effects. Lowered cortisol throughout the day (better sense of well-being), regulation of your bodies circadian rhythm (better sleep), increased energy/alertness and vitamin d intake. Aim for 20 minutes in the morning or during the day.

Regardless if you gym consistently or not at all. These tips will i prove your life. Consistency is 🔑

Tips for building legs 🦵!

I hear all the time “my legs won’t grow, my calves don’t grow”

This may feel like the case for you. The honest truth is everyone’s legs will grow. A process is required (a series of actions or steps taken in order to achieve a particular goal)

If one of the steps in the process isn’t being completed properly the process can not be complete

I like to make these steps as simplistic as possible

• exercise selection and ex*****on (making sure the movements are right for you bio-mechanically and goal orientated - engaging the right muscles with an emphasis on form/control)

• volume control (tracking volume not doing mindless amounts of sets that you can not recover from. 2 sets per exercise with the right intensity usually covers)

• rest (whether mental or physical. everything needs to be accounted for. Without rest you are spinning your wheels. Sleeping adequately and stress management is crucial)

* nutrition (without the right caloric intake and nutrition your body will not shift body fat or gain muscle. this is crucial for well-being and progress)

When both partners commit to
Changing their life styles together 🔥

Jenny being coached by Logan Dexter has achieved these results training 3 x a week consistently from the AuzBuilt home gym and changing what she thought about nutrition and learning how to do it the right way!

Lee has achieved amazing results with no starvation or set cardio just consistency! Muscle and strength has been built while body fat has been dropping. Lee is currently doing a 8 week aggressive cut phase. No aggressive methods have been used until now and the results are already showing and the strength is still increasing.

Very happy coach!

Yeah of course these photos make me happy. But what makes me happier is the knowledge Lee has gained.
-no crash dieting
-no restrictive eating
-no stupid amounts of cardio

What got these results?

-Someone willing to listen and learn
-Following set macros but understanding the importance of meal timing for fullness and training performance
-weekly check ins for accountability
-training intensity and smart programming (not many know what that means)
-REST/STRESS management
- and most importantly a nutritional understanding.

Lee will start 2021 under 100kgs. Imagine the shape he will be in this time next year 🙂

He has also been gaining strength throughout this whole process. Calorie deficit doesn’t mean we go easy on the weights!
