Jetts Butler has become a big part of my life since making this lifestyle change. Specifically Jetts in Butler. The staff are friendly, always willing to help or give you advice on exercises. The equipment is great and facilities are ALWAYS neat and clean. They have become family and I wouldn't have been able to have come this far without them!

I can't express enough how true this is. You only get out what you put in. Sometimes it is hard, sometimes you can find 100 other things to do with your time, but push through because when you do, you WILL thank yourself for it!

About Me:

All my life I struggled with being over weight mainly due to unhealthy eating habits and a complete lack of physical activity. Coming from an obese family I was never shown or taught the best way to feed or look after my body properly.

A couple of years ago, I broke that cycle and devoted myself to a healthy lifestyle. Through my passion for fitness and working with people I strive to achieve positive outcomes that all my clients can be proud of. I look forward to helping my clients achieve their goals and break through any confronting barriers they might have in order to assist in building those healthy habits we all strive for.

Understanding your body and how it works can be very challenging, not to mention hard to understand. When trying to understand a body part/organ/function, I ALWAYS turn to Osmosis. They explain everything in lamens terms and make it extremely easy to understand! Not to mention you can search for specific videos in their feed!
