Geographe Bay Yacht Club The Geographe Bay Yacht Club is situated on the picturesque shores of Geographe Bay in Busselton West Come and be part of the fun, on and off the water!

We are a vibrant sailing club offering Saturday sailing with juniors racing in the morning and seniors in the afternoon, along with Learn to Sail programs for all skill levels. As a members' club (due to our liquor license), we welcome non-sailors to join as social members for just $30 to enjoy our amazing facilities. We're open every Friday and Saturday night for dinner in summer, and Sundays fro

m 2pm for our famous Sunday Sessions. The Geographe Bay Yacht Club was established in 1959. The club's current membership stands at over 1000 members and offers regular sailing to the following classes:

Mixed dinghy fleet
Keelboats and Sportsboats
Sharpies
Mixed Catamaran's including Hobie 14 and 16, Tornado, Windrush 14's and Nacra F18's. Jds
Pelicans
Tasar
Juniors are well accommodated at the Geographe Bay Yacht Club with one of the best equipped and experienced sail trainers in Kevin Rose. Sail Training Centre also caters for teenagers as well as adults for dinghy, catamaran and cruiser sailing. Both members and visitors alike are always welcome. The Geographe Bay Yacht Club is home to the largest yachting regatta in Western Australia. The annual Geographe Bay Race Week is run every year in the last week of February/first week of March and attracts upwards of 100 yachts to the bay every year. In addition to the Geographe Bay Race week, the Geographe Bay Yacht Club sailing season incorporates the annual Australia Day Weekend Regatta plus the youth focused Geographe Bay Championships for Pelicans hosted over Easter each year. Sailing season runs from October through to April. Membership runs from 1 September through to 31 August the following year.

Still not won! That means our Members Draw has climbed to a massive $800 this Friday night.

Every Friday between 5pm and 7pm, a member's tag is drawn. If the lucky member is at the club when their name is called, they take home the pot. If they're not here, the prize rolls over and another $50 is added to the pot for next week!

Come for Dinner at the Club This Friday!

Southern flavours is serving up dinner this Friday night bringing another delicious reason to head down to the Club.

Last Friday was a fantastic night with a great atmosphere, plenty of familiar faces, and a relaxed evening by the bay.

Dinner is served from 5:00pm by Southern Flavours, with the Club open from 4:00pm as usual. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend — good food, great company, and an easy Friday night by the water.
