Current weight: 81.8kg

Prep has been very enjoyable so far, especially with the guidance of Kevin Vo | ONLINE COACH | COMP PREP COACH.

There’s still some fine tuning to be done, but I’m happy with the progress being made and the improvements week by week.

Drinking loads of water but still running to the bathroom every 15 minutes?

Your sodium is probably too low. Without it, your body literally cannot absorb or hold onto the water you’re drinking, it just passes straight through. No benefit, plenty of bathroom trips.

At least you get your steps in.

Here’s what you need to know and how to fix it. Match your water intake with enough sodium and your body actually holds onto it. That means better performance, more strength, less fatigue, and faster recovery.

just consistently showing up each week and pushing himself

built better habits
tightened up his nutrition
and started doing more outside the gym like badminton and hiking

nothing crazy, just doing the basics really well over and over

now we shift the focus
getting stronger and performing better on the court

Want tricep crazy tricep pump, try this out.

Use daisy chains, super easy to set up and get them off Amazon for next to nothing, I find that they allow you to get your arms in a good position and hands in neutral hand position. When I perform the exercise I think about karate chomping my hands towards the ground.
And I also find compared to Vulcan straps, rope attachments, v bar attachments and some speciality rope attachments these triumph over all of them leaving me with better grip, more movement and eliminating any discomfort in my joints.

I simply focus on just making sure I get the elbow and shoulder parallel and push down towards the ground

not perfection, just doing a little better than last week

could be something as simple as
5 extra minutes of cardio
or drinking an extra glass of water

sounds simple, almost meaningless

but those small wins stack up and build something much bigger over time
