Want tricep crazy tricep pump, try this out.
Use daisy chains, super easy to set up and get them off Amazon for next to nothing, I find that they allow you to get your arms in a good position and hands in neutral hand position. When I perform the exercise I think about karate chomping my hands towards the ground.
And I also find compared to Vulcan straps, rope attachments, v bar attachments and some speciality rope attachments these triumph over all of them leaving me with better grip, more movement and eliminating any discomfort in my joints.
I simply focus on just making sure I get the elbow and shoulder parallel and push down towards the ground
