Well what a trip..... Pb time ....

First time with my boat on burinjuck, and myself had some exploring to do.

Boy did we find some fish!

After figuring out where the fish were sitting and what lures and retrieves they were after we managed a number of cod in the boat, missing a couple giants between us...

On Tuesday night at 9.30pm my fly got jammed by my new Pb of 118 and boy was i in for a fight

An epic week leading into the members trip at burinjuck, which is a well worth experience for anyone wanting to learn the ropes of fishing and meet new people!

New kits from look sick and must be a good luck charm!

My beast and villain rod, paired up with .co braid, handled these fish with ease

Football season 🔥🔥

Went out over the weekend chasing yellas with grubs at Spot X (obvious background change)
Started off really well with what I thought was a big carp. After about 5 minutes of fighting I seen this nugget of a cod going 84cm, the nerves kicked in seeing that it was only hooked on the assist hook.
I could breathe again when it hit the net...

After sitting in disbelief I got up, found another fish. And as soon as the grub hit the water, what i thought was another carp, turned into this Football of a fish.
This becoming my new PB yella at bang on 60cm

Ended up landing 4 fish for the day and I was absolutely stoked

Fish on! 🔥🔥

With a slow start to the season, fighting the fluctuating river, wind and heat. Dad decided to show me up once again on his first trip for the season! 😂

With a handful of small troutys for myself for the laste few trips, not photo worthy 😂, giving you the couple seconds of false hope for a good fish. Im yet to get a murray into the boat.

This 80s model was healthy and sitting high on a snag, hitting the spinner as it hit the water. Dark 1oz Mud Guts being the stand our go to.
