It was tough, it was sweaty, and there were plenty of moments where quitting would’ve been easier—but everyone kept showing up for themselves and each other.

For me, in this season of life, it’s about my girls. I want them to grow up seeing that being active — is just part of everyday life.

Moving your body, building strength, and taking care of yourself is normal. Setting an example, creating lifelong habits, and showing what it looks like to prioritise your health in a sustainable, realistic way.

What I love most is that it’s not just about time in the gym. It’s that 20% of structured training that carries over into 80% of real life. The strength, confidence, and habits you build show up in everything — from running around with the kids, to feeling more capable and energised day to day.

That’s what I value most — feeling capable, strong, and confident in my own body. Knowing I can rely on it, move well, and keep up with life, not just now but long term.
