Over the weekend, 12 members of the team braved the cold and headed west for the annual Toowoomba Masters SC meet 💙🧡

The team put on an incredible performance and came away with multiple age group awards. It was great to have Coach Deon dipping a toe in as well! Congratulations to everyone for such a great meet.

After six incredible days, that’s a wrap on the 2026 MSA National Championships 💪

A huge congratulations to all of our swimmers who raced this week. Key stats and results include:

💥 9 swimmers
💥 78 total events
💥 29 medals
💥 13 records broken
💥 3 swimmers who braved open water

Two of our superstars, Aileen and Marsha, broke state and national records this week. We’re so proud of you both! A huge shout out to Aileen in particular, who broke a state or national record in every single one of her events (12 in total). You’re both such inspirations to all of us 🧡💙

A special shout out to Vicki and Neil for their incredible efforts behind the scenes, volunteering their time and helping make the meet such a success. We’re so grateful for everything you do.

And a big thank you to our coaches, Deon and James, for the countless hours they’ve put into training and preparing the team for this moment.

The team will be back in the water for the Toowoomba SC meet in May, followed by the Southside Masters meet in June. Then all eyes will turn to states in July! Hope to see you there 👀🥇🏊‍♀️

That’s a wrap on day 3 of the MSA National Champs, with the team clocking up another 26 incredible swims 💪

We’re so proud of the whole team for getting out there and having a go across so many of the events on offer this week, whether it’s 25m, 400m, or a relay!

A huge shout out to our superstar Aileen, who has broken 8 state or national records across her 8 individual events so far ⭐ We can’t wait to see you continue to do amazing things over the next few days.

Day 2 of the 2026 MSA Nationals delivered more incredible swims from our small but mighty team! 💙🧡

We’re especially proud of our 2025 Singapore World Championship medal-winning ladies relay team, who reunited for the 4x25m free relay today and took home bronze!

A huge shout out to Aileen, who continued her record breaking streak by setting new state records in the 400m free and 50 fly 🔥

The 2026 MSA National Championships have started with a bang!

A huge congratulations to all of our swimmers who competed across 25 (!) events today.

A particular shout out to the incredible Marsha Reddiex and Aileen Mackinnon, who both obliterated the following short course records on day 1:

💥 Marsha: 400m fly, STATE record
💥 Aileen: 400m IM, NATIONAL record
💥 Aileen: 50m free, STATE record
💥 Aileen: 25m fly, STATE record

A huge thank you to our coaches, Deon and James, for putting in the training hours to help us get here, and to all of the wonderful swimmers who are also volunteering and making the meet happen - that includes our very own Neil and Vicki!

It’s been just over a week since we welcomed masters swimmers from all over SEQ for the first edition of the Belgravia Masters Marathon Relay Challenge ⭐

We’re proud to announce that together we raised $2,300 for the Laps for Josh team, contributing directly to Laps for Life.

In total, the Laps for Josh team went on to raise an amazing $18,550, and for the second year in a row, they topped the national leaderboard for most laps swum - an incredible achievement.

A huge thank you to everyone who swam, donated, supported, or helped spread the word. Your efforts have made a real difference for a cause that matters 💙🏊‍♂️

Another huge thank you as well to our incredible sponsors - Clarity, Woolworths, Coffee Club, Funkita, Amanzi, Arena, Dicker Data, IGA Beachmere, Auscomp, Think On, and Belgravia Leisure - the event wouldn’t have been possible without you!

Today was one for the books!

This is the first of many posts to come over the next few weeks celebrating the incredible success of our inaugural Belgravia Masters Marathon Swim Challenge in partnership with Laps for Life 💙

Here’s just a snapshot:

• Swimmers smashed out a total 67km in two hours 💥
• The incredible TSA Masters took out the win, followed by Cotton Tree Masters Swimming Club and our very own Belgravia Masters team 🥇
• Our snacks, raffle prizes, and BBQ essentials were thanks to our incredible sponsors, and support from Councillor Mark Booth and Ariana Doolan MP. Thank you for helping us make today happen!

More thanks to:

• The team at Burpengary Regional Aquatic & Leisure Centre for being such great hosts.
• Coach Deon who puts in overtime for the Belgravia Masters team on a weekly basis 🏊‍♀️
• Our amazing BBQ crew and members who cooked yummy baked goods 🎂

• The amazing Kaz and her wonderful Laps for Josh team 💙

Congratulations to all of our swimmers who competed at the Goodlife Community Masters Meet yesterday! The rain couldn’t dampen spirits on the Sunny Coast, with everyone powering through the second official team meet of the year.

The Belgravia Masters Charity Marathon Relay is coming up on Saturday 28 March 2026, and there’s still room for a couple more teams, plus individual swimmers who’d like to join a team.

This is a fun, two‑hour marathon relay supporting Laps for Life, with teams chasing maximum distance and prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

✅ Teams of up to 10 swimmers (mixed‑club teams welcome)
✅ Individual entries encouraged — we’ll place you in a team
✅ Team reps can register now and finalise swimmers later
✅ $25 per swimmer
✅ All proceeds supporting mental health through Laps for Life
