There’s something about practising beneath the trees, feeling the earth beneath you and allowing nature to become part of your practice.

🌅🌿 WHAT A BEAUTIFUL FIRST MORNING AT HERITAGE PARK 🌿🌅

Yesterday was our first Sunrise Yoga in the Park at our new home, and what a way to begin with a sunrise like that 🥰

The morning was absolutely gorgeous. The sky was crystal clear, the sun was warm, and bird song was beautiful.
There is something pretty special about lying on our mats, soaking up the warmth and listening to the world wake up around us.

I'm so excited for what's to come here 🌿

🗺️ "New location!" - Okay... but HOW DO I GET THERE?! 🤷‍♀️😅

I know a few of you haven't been to Heritage Park before, and the access to Heritage Park has changed recently, so I thought I'd share this map to make it a bit easier to find.

From North Harbour Dog Park, it's only about a 5-minute drive.

Hopefully that makes it nice and easy. But if you get a little lost m, don't stress, just send me a message 🥰

🌿 WE'RE MOVING! 🌿

And this is our new Sunday morning home 🥰
From this Sunday, 23rd August, Sunrise Yoga in the Park will be at North Harbour Heritage Park, 7:30am 🌳✨

I fell in love with this space because there's just so much room to breathe, move, stretch and simply be. Plus, there's a beautiful undercover area for when the weather doesn't want to cooperate. It's peaceful, open and surrounded by nature.

Pretty much everything I love about practising yoga outdoors 💚

I'm so excited to begin our Sunday mornings here, and I can't wait for you to see it for yourselves 🙏
