I’m excited to let you know that I’m offering PT sessions at Country Fit Gym for ANY females wanting to train ☺. It doesn’t matter what level of training experience you have – whether you’re a fitness rookie, or whether you’re a seasoned trainer & after some quality coaching to support you in your fitness endeavour, I would love to work with you!
I’m a qualified personal trainer, & still doing further study because I truly LOVE the art and science of training & I’m passionate about offering the HIGHEST QUALITY, PERSONALISED COACHING that I can, & I’m committed to ongoing professional development to help me do this.
I have an appreciation for ALL forms of exercise & believe in tailoring programs to each person’s individual needs and goals – there are no generic programs, no one size fits all approaches when you work with me - I love working one on one with people to maximise their results.
I’ve recently moved to Mudgee (was born & raised here but haven’t lived here for 20 years) from Mildura where I had a gym/personal training business which I loved so much. I’m a Registered Nurse and still work in emergency, but coaching is my passion ☺ I love helping women to be HEALTHY, THRIVING & STRONG! I care as much about your health and well-being as your fitness and strength.
I love sharing my knowledge of all things fitness, nutrition and health to help women address THEIR health, fitness and nutrition needs & achieve their goals in an INDIVIDUALISED way and focus on SUSTAINABLE RESULTS – no radical, extreme, unsustainable, un-healthy or quick fix marketing schemes.
I truly love coaching people and supporting them to improve their health & well-being, and making sense of all of the miss-information which floods the world these days in regards to training and nutrition. I focus on EMPOWERING YOU with the KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS (physical & mental) to make changes for the better, for ever!
