The Snakes have men's and women's programs and are focused on making a positive difference in our local Richmond community. Our club is proud to field three men's teams, two women's team and scope for further growth into the future. Another milestone in the Ministry of Defence this week as Brooke runs out for her 50th game with RCAFC today!

She’s the collector of crucial marks in the big moments and collector of fines when her teammates drop the ball. Brooke stays cool, calm and collected down at full back, saving goals, settling the game and setting up the midfield for the rebound.

Snakes veteran Daniel Pratt will lace up his boots for his 450th senior game tomorrow!

The stalwart ruckman played most of his career at Panton Hill before joining the ranks at RCAFC, racking up 55 goals, 8 best on performances and two premierships in his 42 games. In 2024, Pratty was also named best on ground in the Division 3 Men’s Reserves Grand Final win.

A dedicated clubman and mate to everyone, we couldn’t be prouder of his incredible achievement. Make sure you get to KB tomorrow to shout Pratty a beer and get around the big fella.

Congratulations Claire on hitting 50 games with the Snakes today! Our very own Minister of Defence.

Strong and fearless in the contest, Claire’s always willing to put her body on the line for the team. Whether it’s a mark, a big tackle, or shutting down the opposition’s best forward, Claire is always exactly where she needs to be.

Reliable, tough, and one of the hardest players to get past, she’s been the backbone of our defence for 50 games and counting.

We've had some amazing donations to our Silent Auction for the Snakes 40th Anniversary Gala this Saturday Night, including a share in a racehorse, tickets to the Harlem Globetrotters, and a Maserati Weekend Drive Experience.
With all funds raised go directly back to the Snakes, flick through to see what incredible items are available to bid on this Saturday at the Gala.

Round 7 was a challenging weekend for the Snakes, with our Senior & Reserve Men both battling for hard-fought wins away at Hawthorn, while our Senior Women & Thirds came up just short against St Mary's Salesian & Canterbury.

We have a break next weekend for King's Birthday; before getting back into action on June 13
