To all of our incredible Competitors - THANK YOU!

The 79th Australian Dancesport Championship was an epic four days, and it was YOU who made it truly unforgettable! Your passion, commitment, sportsmanship, and artistry brought the floor to life and created the ernegy that defines this championship year after year!

From early mornings to late nights, every performance, every moment of courage, and every celebration of dance reminded us why this event holds such a special place in the Australian Dancesport calendar!

We sincerely hope that you enjoyed your experience, felt supported, and walked away with memories that you will carry long after the music stopped! Thank you for trusting us with your journey and for sharing your talent with us and the audience!

We look forward to welcoming you back to the floor again in 2026 as we celebrate yet another milestone for the Australian Dancing Society Ltd, and present the 80th Australian Dancesport Championship, from 3rd to 6th December!

Your willingness to step in, help wherever needed, and support competitors, officials and spectators did not go unnoticed.

Major events like this one do not happen without a team of Volunteers & Helpers like you!
We are deeply grateful for your energy, teamwork and generosity over the entire Championship!

The Australian Dancing Society gratefully acknowledges and is thankful for the exceptionally generous Travel Grant donated by industry icons JASON GILKISON & PETA ROBY, together with BURN THE FLOOR!

With a career highlighted by 17 Australian Latin American Championships, Jason and Peta are fitting supporters of the next generation. Their contribution of $6,000 will no doubt assist the top three couples in the Adult Open Latin American event further their dancing journey.
