🌟🌟🌟 Our WARM WATER THERAPY sessions at TLC are designed to give you the time and space to move at your own pace, in your own way, in a comfortable warm indoor pool.

💁🏼‍♀️ Whether it is walking, stretching, gentle exercises, a rehabilitation program or simply enjoying floating in the warmth… these sessions are for you.

‼️2026 National Drowning Report is in!

👏 While it is great to see a reduction in the numbers, those numbers are still way too high!

👌 Start your children in lessons as babies and keep them going… add some regular exposure to pool time and waterways!

💁🏼‍♀️ If you’re unable to manage lessons, make time for weekly family swimming time… it all helps to build confident, competent swimmers.

✔️ Add to that adequate supervision, an understanding of currents, rips and tides through education and you are fostering respect for water environments and doing your bit to reduce the longer term drowning rates in Australia.

🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️ Water Safety and reducing the drown rate in our country is EVERYONE’S responsiblity!
