While most places will be closed tomorrow, we are going to remain open and staffed as normal.
Adam and Benny both have PT clients all day so they will enjoy a beverage after work and celebrate Australia Day when they finish.

Here are 5 leg workouts to get you moving and feeling the burn.

🦵 Lunges - Works your quads, glutes, and hamstrings. Do forward and back lunges to target all leg muscles
⚡️ Step ups - Great for targeting your glutes and quads. Step up and down from a bench or chair with 1 leg at a time.
