A Simple way to crumb without the mess.
You will see I change hands after dipping in the egg….this is a key move if you don’t want crumbs and egg on your fingers!
Also you can dip the fish in flour first or double coat the crumbs but the principle remains the same 😊

It’s not often I’m on land and get the chance to cook a feed for myself. I thought It would be a good idea to share a video of how I take the skin off and remove the pin bones from a side. A lot of people stress about skinning the fillet so I hope this makes life a bit easier for you….
