To keep you moving, motivated, and feeling your absolute best through the cooler months, we’ve given our timetable a serious winter ‘glow up’! Our favourites haven't changed, but we have added some incredible new class styles to bring the heat and elevate your routine. 💪
Here is what is dropping on the schedule:
💪 Reformer Power: Take your Pilates practice to the next level. Build functional strength through heavier spring loads and weights, with cardio bursts to elevate the heart rate. Demanding and dynamic, it is designed to leave you feeling strong, capable, and energised.
⚡ Power Session (Gym Floor): The ultimate "stack." We combine 30 minutes of dedicated, progressive strength training with a final 10-minute cardiovascular "pulse." By prioritizing your lifting while your nervous system is fresh, we maximize strength gains before finishing with a heart-pumping energy builder.
Whether you're looking to level up your strength, drop into a deep stretch, or just enjoy a little screen-free play reset for the little ones in our cozy crèche while you do your thing on our Open Gym Floor—we’ve got you completely covered. 🥰🫶
