I required a specialist pilates instructor to support the rehabilitation of a significant shoulder injury, the surgeon told me 10 days ago be prepared for a 12 - 18 month recovery period , the results in my first 10 days post procedure are extremely exciting. Ah-ha. We’re back in the hood where it all started 13 years ago. About 3 doors up from our original studio …. & I gotta say… it feels AMAZING to be back!! Timetable open for bookings. Still only 3 reformers, still awesome instructors & fun classes. Still taking extra great care of our incredible clients & rehabilitating their body so they function well without pain.
