We are here for longevity! As someone who never did weight training, Jenna has taken action and wanted to create a lifestyle that’s sustainable with healthy results.
This is what 12 weeks of rocking up and training at Body Mechanics Fitness looks like.
Jenna’s daily calories were already at maintenance, meaning the foods that she was eating weren’t going to make her lose or gain weight.
To create a deficit we just added weight training. We did not need to tweak her diet much at all; only adding more protein and water intake was required to create the stimulus needed to transform her physique and keep her results sustainable.
Congratulations !! Only just the beginning in this cracking health journey!!
Your health should always approached with the longevity perspective. It’s easy to get sidetracked in todays society due to us wanting everything instantaneously.

We want to be 80 years old and still be able to run up stairs and enjoy the foods we love without eliminating completely.
